Allround Raza sets up 32 run win

On Saturday June 11, 2016 Mississauga Dolphins went with its best 11 to play in Flower Community Center  Captain of Mississauga Dolphins, Taha Usmani opted to Bat after winning the toss. While playing first the start was not good as Dolphins lost early wickets. Ever reliable Waheed Raza took the lead and with help of his partner Umair Ali led the team to a formidable total of 215 after 35. Waheed Raza was adjourned LBW at 94, a decision that is said to be unfortunate, his partner scored 36.

Defending 215, Dolphins kept picking wickets at regular intervals but could not stop the run flow at same time. Courtesy some slack on field. Umair Ali, and Taha Usmani provided early breakthroughs while skipper used partnership breaker Waheed Raza and wicket keeper Daniyal Abrar to tilt the innings control to his advantage. While not many captain’s would have take such chance. Usmani, did and it paid off. Both his calls proved right and bowlers provided him 4 wickets. Daniyal picking two in very first over of his three over spell. Dolphins ended up winning the game by 32 runs. With Raza being the savior of the day.
